United Kingdom | 10 December 2020This company is worse, I don't recommend anyone to use it, I struggled to have my money back for a flight which was cancelled in march, I sent slot of emails and made plenty of phone calls but they always lied to me that the airline had not refunded them the money yet the airline had refunded and gave me a refund code for reference as proof. I advise not to use them .it's worse worse worse.

We also recently booked more flights and the consultant looked over a month date range for every possibility to get us the best options. Will definitely use Flysharp from now on.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2020I will make it simple. My flight was cancelled so I appealed a refund. This was in February. Everytime I call people keep saying to me that I will have my refund for the next 2 weeks working days. But in my mind I knew it would be atleast 3 months. So I kept waiting and ringing. My partner who brought the same flight with a diferent agency, had his refund within a week. So basically, I was not reassured enough or convinced enough that my money is gonna come back. I was thinking that maybe this is a scam or my money is lost. But, I kept ringing and calling and everytime, I get the same answers. I will just check bla bla, your refund is still processing and it should come within 2 weeks. And it has been days and months. And everytime I call they will say two weeks. My flight was February 2020, I just got my refund this November 2020 so I believed 9 months for them is 2 weeks. Please stop telling people to wait for 2-3 weeks or any months. Just tell them that its been processed because I was hoping it would come. And it was big money too. I dont know I am just pissed that everytime I have to call they all answer the same thing. "It will come within the next 2 weeks" February-November.... very nice... Just dont make out hopes up. That sucks.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2020Flight was cancelled, Flysharp refused refund. Spoke to representative who offered voucher less over £500 admin fee which I refused. After 7 months and letters to CEO of Southall Travel who Fly Sharp are part of I received a patial refund from Southall Travel and the remainder which was a second payment through Chargeback via my credit card company. The representatives shout on you at the phone trying to intimidate to get their own way. Horrible company and people. Lastly the CEO never responded to my letters and a female representative phone to say refund will be made in next 2 weeks. That was the only part that was correct.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2020Very disappointed that after 8 months we are no nearer getting a refund for our cancelled flights to New York on 4 April. We have called and called and each time are promised that the refund will be in my account shortly. It never arrives. This was a special 40th birthday trip for my daughter - 3 of us going. we are £1503.06 out of pocket and can get nowhere. Come on Flysharp. You have some good reviews on here, please sort this out for us. Footnote: after posting this, despite a message to say a Manager would be contacting me, not heard a thing. Have had £600 refunded but still waiting for a further £903.06. Over a year now since they had our money 😞

United Kingdom | 27 November 2020Read the reviews on here before booking with these crooks. 12 months on and no refund. There is no customer service. The advisors on the other end of the phone constantly speak over you. Absolutely no remorse or empathy. Constantly promising to call back but they dont even respond to emails. The so called customer service representatives will laugh at you , this has happened on many occasions. The airline Turkish airlines have already returned my money to these scammers but they insist they have not. I have already overspent on phone calls trying to get my money back. The only responses you get in writing are here on trust pilot. I have kept a log of all contact made via email and phone and will take legal action. being left stranded with little money in south east Asia for 4 months for what should have been a 3 week visit. Yet Fly sharp / Southall travel/ Travel trolley did not even have the decency to call/txt/email to let me know the return flights had been cancelled. Up till now they still refuse to refund my flights. You have been warned, save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

They answered my calls quickly and called me back when they said they would. They applied for and processed my full refund as quickly as possible. I will definitely use them again

United Kingdom | 25 November 2020I would suggest everyone stays far away from Flysharp. While they offer cheap tickets, the customer service is horrendous! In October I cancelled my flight because of everything going on and was given a credit note. When I called back to rebook my flight a couple weeks later I realised I was being charged excessively for a new ticket and was given a different reasons for this every time, mostly blaming Virgin Atlantic. I spoke to virgin Atlantic directly and they told me themselves I was being charged an admin fee by Flysharp and not by them. After letting them know I had spoken to virgin atlantic, I was accused of lying, shouted at and constantly spoken over by customer service agent who told me his name was Henry (not sure how true that is) which in the end left me in tears. I called back again later on that day and was then told that I can not get change the date of my flight and my flight was a no show. This has shown me to never go for budget travel agents ever again. I have now put in an application to take them to small court.

I have been chasing them for 7 months since my flight was cancelled due to covid 19. I need a cancellation invoice for my travel insurance to pay me out but I just cannot get one from them. They also owe me a refund for airport taxes and every time i phone they have a different excuse. AVOID at all costs. The flight may seem cheap at 1st but when something goes wrong you will wish you booked directly with the airline.

United Kingdom | 19 November 2020I called them to cancelled my flight to Kuala Lumpur on October20. By Nov20 I got back my full refund. Fly Sharp staff so helpfull and efficient. It wont take so long to get back my refund and they dont even charge admin fees for my cancellation. Will buy ticket from them again because I always got cheap flight ticket.

United Kingdom | 15 November 2020I won't use this company again. I eventually got my money back but they changed what they said several times and caused me a lot of stress. I only gave a second star because I got my money back (after god knows how long) They lack the ability to communicate, I had to ring several times. At one point they were asking me how many times I’d changed my ticket (they didn’t know)...Even though they changed the ticket. Quite laughable. very un-co-ordinated.
