United Kingdom | 02 November 2020Due to Covid19 our flight to South Africa was cancelled. We were at the time stranded abroad and it was very difficult to contact Flysharp from abroad. Once back in the UK however and after only one phone call the full amount of our tickets was refunded and back in our credit card account within a week. Happy customer that would definitely use the company again if their price compares favourably at the time. Thanks for the prompt repayment.

United Kingdom | 02 November 2020I bought my tickets from this company traveled from Manchester to islambad one way in March 2weeks later they cancelled my tickets due to COVID-19 lockdown did not arrange any alternative tickets or any information so I book an other tickets and flew back to uk contacted them for refund I have had been told it will take 12 weeks to refund now nearly 6 months despite my emails no refund every time I try to contact them no answer on phone Please don’t buy tickets from this company they are simply scamming people and I wish I could give this company 0 star rating if there’s available stay away from them

United Kingdom | 02 November 2020I asked them to change travel date and they hold my call again and again for an hour and i was expecting that they will give good but they replied with sorry we can’t manage it because its not flexible with our fare. I spoken with gulf airline and they said yes you can change dates on my tickets and they checked in their system and the seats are also availble.Worst service i ever had and i would never ever book my tickets again with Flysharp. They lie they are rude. They were giving me option for 1000£ additional charges. Just for my travel date and the return date was same i didn’t wanted to change.

United Kingdom | 31 October 2020FZ19Z6 One of the leg of My flight cancelled on 21-Oct-2020 which I am due to fly on 31/12/2020 from Bahrain to London,spoke 3 times to sharp first Response airline will inform sharp within 72 hours as in there system flight is still booked. I waited and call again Picked Up By someone xxx 26/Oct/2020 he said he raise the enquiry and you will be rebooked the same flight. He call me back after 2 minutes that it would take two days.I told him to send me an email whatever he is explaining me so I have the proof. He never send me email. Today at 31/Oct/2020 I called again and That person again told me that he is going to send an email to back office or concern department for ticket re issue ,mean 4 days nothing happen ,now I been told I must wait till evening he will resolve this. Dear Fly Sharp if I don’t get a response within reasonable time you will be dealt legally. Thanks

United Kingdom | 30 October 2020My flight got cancelled and took Fly Sharp over 6 MONTHS to refund me my money. I was calling every week and no help or manager to pick up the phone! Very disappointed with their service as cost me lots of stress and anxiety. Replying to your feedback: I paid fly sharp the money not the airline so you should refund me my money not the airline as it's your problem with the airline! Many agencies refunded thire customers straight away within a week!

Will Keep you informed if it arrives or just being Fobbed off again. Have been waiting nearly 6 months for a refund...Keep being fobbed off with lies. United Kingdom | 22 October 2020I have booked a flight for my mother to Bangladesh in March and a return back in April with Turkish Airline via FlySharp, my mother flew out and unfortunately the return flight got cancelled so my mother was stuck abroad. Spoke to the customer service team and they said there nothing can be done at the time due to no airline flying in or out. I had to book an emergency flight back after seeing nothing was changing. We spoke to FlySharp as soon as we saw the return flight cancelled to see what can be done. They said they will be refunding the partially used ticket within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks nothing was refunded and we gave them benefit of the doubt due to Covid that it may take a bit longer. We called back and they said it’s in the process of being refunded so will take between 1-2 weeks, they somehow changed it saying it can take up to 8 weeks now. We called Turkish airline to ask if they knew anything about it and they have said the agency should’ve refunded it by now. We called back FlySharp and they said they have requested for the refund and will be between £300/400 and it should be very soon that we will get our money back and even gave us a refund application number. United Kingdom | 17 October 2020I received full refund of £1065.04 (for two tickets to CPT).. tickets were booked in Feb 2020, we were due to be fly out on 31/10/20, however our flight was cancelled by the airline due to coronavirus. So I contacted Flysharp on 05/10/2020. The refund process was started immediately (05/10/20) and my full refund was completed on 17/10/2020... It was an easy process and I will certainly use Flysharp again. Thank you Flysharp.. appreciate your assistance.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2020I had a return flight booked UK-Ottawa in April. Then I was told I can only get a credit note. I’ve since taken legal advice and been told that if I want a refund then a refund should be issued. Flysharp have told me that it’s not possible to give me a refund after a credit note has been issued. Denying me my refund is illegal. This company are liars and thieves. I’ve since become redundant due to the pandemic and I’m still denied my refund.

When my flight was cancelled in March (lockdown), I was rung and felt pressured into moving to a new date and was advised I’d be unlikely to get my money back. When flights were cancelled a second time (Oct), they were very helpful and efficient and sorted a full refund from Virgin.

It took LOADS of phone calls and emails to get my once in a life time flight confirmed as not happening and I would get a credit note. Now I would like that credit note as an actual refund! Not an unreasonable request with everything that is going on in 2020, and uncertainty of when we'll be able to actually go on this trip. Emailed requesting this refund. Told to phone ... been on hold for over 15mins so far (and still going) waiting for someone "to look into if I'm allowed my money back"
