Ordered a custom cover for our luggage. The item claims we would have delivery within 10 days of the order. Then I was sent a tracking number that has no info other than it’s coming from China, and details that it would take 5-10 days to package my order and 10-15 days for shipping time. Customer service responded to my concern and stated 10-20 days for shipping. Even longer!!

I ordered shirts 20 May so we could wear them in the Fourth of July parade. They were not delivered. I have requested my money back multiple times and all I get is another order for the shirts. They will not provide me with a phone number so I can talk to them. It’s only email.

I ordered 3 things for Father’s Day. I paid an extra $15 for shipping insurance. The package shows it was delivered to a city over 50 miles away from me. When I reached out they played the run around then told me they were not responsible! I paid 130 for my products and 15 for insurance.

Amazing Quality Product! I ordered a Father’s Day Gift for my Boyfriend and it was perfect. It exceeded my expectations by far! It delivered fast, and was wrapped amazingly, they made sure it would not break! The wood was good quality, my boyfriend said he could actually smell that it was fresh.
