The shopping experience so far has been very good. I'm new to Knetbooks and I had a question before purchase. I was very pleased that your support team responded in a timely manner. The on-line ordering was easy but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the credit card I wanted because the expiration date wasn't after 1/2022. As long as the credit card hasn't expired, I don't understand why it has to be after 1/2022 to be "kept on file". This credit card policy is the only negative so far and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
