Go somewhere else!!! I canceled my order by phone and email within 15 min and they ignored my request instead saying "too late". They are a total scam and rip off. there are lots of other honest companies out there. I would never use them again and have told my partner who is a university professor to tell her students to avoid this place.

Best site for textbook rentals

I paid $17 for 2 day shipping. It had been over a week (5 business days) and have not received the book. I called and was told that it was due to the availability of the item but it had been shipped yesterday. They refused to refund my shipping money and I will never order here again because of that. When I ordered the book there was nothing that said it wasn't available or that I would have to wait. Very unhappy with the customer service.
