United States | 05 October 2024I will never use this company again. On the product page, it told me my book rental would be due in early December, which was fine. Then when I checked out, the deadline became November 3, but I didn't notice until after I had checked out. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to extend the rental, but the cost of extending is higher than purchasing the book! Terrible business practice. I would have saved money buying the book on Amazon.

I have no idea what they are talking about, I order a lot online. I tried calling and wasn't able to reach anyone. Thankfully, the company I ultimately purchased the book from had no idea and was gracious enough to expedite the shipping for me.

After I reached out via text and chat on their website, I was told the textbook isn't available. I didn't have time to wait on them since my class had already started. If the item was not available why not inform the customer?? I asked for a refund. Never received it. Then days later, I received a 0.99 cent credit from knetbooks on my original method of payment. I have reached out 4 times already to have this resolved and to get all my money back (total was $40.00). I'm still waiting on resolution. (Order ID: 10752953)

United States | 15 September 2024Paid for expedited shipping to get the book quickly only to find out after it was already due to have been delivered, that the book was never in stock to begin with. I was able to cancel the order, but was not refunded for the expedited shipping. This also caused stress for my new college freshman trying to find the book she needed all over again. It took several days for anyone to answer my email and by that time I had already cancelled. Will not shop here again.

Knetbook failed to deliver my book quickly so I was out of a book for the first week of class. I will avoid using Knetbook and my fellow students are aware of Knetbook's failure to provide a paid service to quickly deliver a book.
