Smooth transaction book arrived in timely manner !

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from… I spent 149 dollars on a book for them to not only never update me on it but cancel it as well without telling me. I better have gotten my money back.

I ordered a physical book and was mailed a code for an ebook, and book was delivered a week late. When I asked customer service about it, I got no answer.

I would have given 5 stars since the book arrived before delivery date but there are highlights and written words on the quizzes which I was not aware of I was purchasing. But at least all the pages are intact.

I was expecting a book and what I received was a bunch of loose leaf papers that where 3 hole punched.

AWFUL!!! Ordered the book over a week ago and never shipped! I need the book this week so I just cancelled my order. Awful customer service. Said the book would be shipped within 3-5 days. NOPE!!!

Purchased a book I needed for class which said it would be delivered on time. Days after my purchase was supposed to arrive, I finally text the number on their site (no response) then emailed them, only to be told the book will be delayed. I will never trust them again. No email update telling me it was delayed. Now I am a week behind in class.

My experience was great because they offered the price price as I was shopping around. The free delivery was quick just in time for the school year. Coupons were sent for future book orders. Will come back again. Thank you!

I ordered two books from them, one of the books was cancelled and refunded without them notifying me. When I looked into it, they told me that it was probably cancelled for security reasons and gave me a $5 credit as an apology. In that time, the price of the book had increased by $150. They refused to honor the original price I had paid, and simply apologized "for the inconvenience," they never apologized for cancelling an order without notifying me, or refusing to honor the price I paid and making me pay an additional $150.

My daughter needed two text books for her Spanish class. I purchased them from Knetbooks for a very reasonable price. They arrived quickly and they were both in good condition.

Never received product, not informed it was unavailable until asked, no alternate book recommended
