Great experience and the flowers are gorgeous!!

Flowers look beautiful on arrival but died before half of them had bloomed. Disappointing for a £90 bouquet.

Flowers ordered nearly a week in advance. Scheduled delivery for 27th November for a Birthday. only delivered next day. It’s happened to someone else I know.

I ordered flowers for a friend as a thankyou, At the last minute flowerbx substituted for a much smaller and poorer quality flower, I rejected that and chose another so that it met my deadline. they then confirmed they had delivered, then i got a note from the courier company to say they hadn't, then another one to say they still hadn't, then Flowerbx sent me a fraudulent email claiming they had with a stock photo of the venue!! Then no one called me back and after 3 days they offered a refund. I still cant prove the flowers arrived and I still don't have the money back in my account. There as no-one to call and this took 4 days and 25 emails. DO NOT USE

Hi I ordered next day delivery on Wednesday 23/11/22 to get there on Friday 25/11/22 and it didn’t get there until Saturday afternoon 26/11/22 therfore very disappointed that I missed the special day.

Absolutely lovely Mayfair Medium vase, I’ve bought the large too. It would be better described as neutral instead of white, but it was exactly the colour I wanted
