I expect long stems for expensive flowers as u could but this quality in a supermarket .. I don’t mind paying for quality but when you get a reaction like this from FLOWERBX it’s not exactly professional is it or it doesn’t solve the problem

United Kingdom | 06 December 2022The delivery company delivered to a Post Office in another village without leaving a note they had even tried my mother-in-law, who at 80 is too old to be traveling around looking for a parcel of perishable flowers. There were plenty of places to leave the flowers at her house.

United Kingdom | 06 December 2022Some of the worst service I’ve received. Order flowers on 26.11 to be delivered on. 03.12. Never got a dispatched email or tracking number. Then was told on 03.12 the parcel would be delayed. At 5pm, which left it to get a replacement for the recipient. Delayed delivery meant I missed the occasion. I’ve emailed in nobody replies. I have called. “No support agent is available to take your call” They arrived 3 days late hardly going to be high quality. Won’t be using you guys again

I stumbled across Flowerbx by chance. The flowers I purchased were exceptional, a bunch of 40 carnations that have blossomed fantastically and after 11 days still look fantastic. Great value for money. I will definitely purchase from Flowerbx in the future.

United Kingdom | 06 December 2022AVOID USING THEM IN CENTRAL LONDON UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN COURIER. Have been a subscriber for over a year - they’ve recently started using a new courier for deliveries in Central London who seem to be a total disaster. Say they’ll deliver on a certain day (Great) Send a text that they’re a few minutes away (Great) Not show up (Not Great) Tracking shows order as cancelled by the courier (Not Great) Courier then tries to get themselves an excuse by claiming there was no-one home, “sorry we missed you”. Despite us have 24/7 concierge. Courier then tries to claim the delivery address is incorrect, despite it having been fine and accurate enough for Flowerbx deliveries to arrive since 2021! Emailed Flowerbx 3x to ask for an explanation - no response Called Flowerxb “Customer Support” - no answer and “no agent available to assist” so the line cuts off. Really, really poor new courier they’ve started using, what happened the the fresh flowers, they will have been wasted now or thrown away by the incompetent courier. Yet.. Flowerbx have still charged me £55. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank, shan’t be paying this. Oh and one final issue to add insult to injury: the “cancel subscription” button on their website doesn’t work! Still waiting for a response but considering the lack of customer service I would say: Avoid!
