Good quality flowers but expensive for what I got

I sent some beautiful white hydrangeas to a friend along with a medium apothecary vase. She was absolutely thrilled with them and they have been much admired. I did find the website very clunky, it kept freezing on me and I had to ring in the end to do the order over the phone. Had I not had faith in your beautiful flowers and packaging, I would have shopped elsewhere, because I tried the website about 6 times before I eventually put the order through on the telephone.

Poor quality have wilted after a couple of days.

I have used Flowerbx in the past have always received raves from the recipients about the quality of the flowers. However my latest purchase was birthday flowers for my mother and she remarked the she was not impressed with the quality of the flowers. I was very disappointed to hear that and will have to consider whether to continue to use Flowerbx

Will never order from Flowerbx again. Order a bouquet for my boss' elderly mother to be delivered on her birthday, a Sunday. Order was confirmed with the correct delivery date but I then got a notice that DPD would deliver them on the Friday, two days prior to her birthday. I called to try and rectify. Waited on hold for a good 10 mins for a customer service rep who said she would look into it. Hours passed before she asked for the DPD notice. More hours (in which I tried to call again but no answer) before she contacted me to say DPD would hold onto the flowers and deliver them on Sunday. Flowers that had been dispatched on Thursday... No suggestion of recalling the flowers and sending a fresh bunch out on Saturday as I requested. God knows what state they will turn up in. May as well have set fire to £115. The issue is still unresolved.

Beautiful flowers, they were more pink than red. BUT, after few days of having the flowers, I realised there was a massive development of mealy bugs underneath the leaves where there was white fluff/mold spreading throughout and I only saw this when I went to life them back up to change water. Thew them away immediately so to not spread to my plants. The development was quite clear so not sure how I missed this in the beginning as I immediately plopped them into the vase. Unfortunate...

The flowers came without the Flower food ! I would call it careless !
