Took a vehical for two weeks got told it was unlimited miles went to swap for another rental to get told I can't get 1 for excessive miles me and my wife who is pregnant were then left to stand in the cold rain for 45 mins waiting on a taxi this is unacceptable especially when I was giving them a millage update every 4 days when u was paying for the rental staff haven't got a clue badly trained

Highly professional and honest experience, informative and professional staff (Tony at check in was excellent). Great car exactly to my requested specification, car was new, clean and economical on fuel. It is good to find a company that does not try to gouge you for extras, I had pre-booked insurance which was at the most reasonable rate I have seen in the industry. All round good experience, highly recommended.
