The vehicle I hired was only several months old, in great condition, clean and well presented. The customer services advisor explained everything clearly and concisely. Just booked a van online paying deposit and doing all checks next day when I went to collect it just with 20 min before collection they called me and say cuz I’m no eligible for renting and they cancelled the booking. I was asking what’s they reason they just say we don’t know waste of time and money.I just rent it from EXEL no problems with them I recommend it

Lovely customer service and great people, unfortunately I got a small SUV instead of a medium SUV. The Nissan Juke has considerably less trunk/boot space than a Toyota CHR. My family of four were crammed inside with our bags. I paid for a medium and wish they'd update their website vehicles to reflect comparable models with interior space. I understand the models mentioned online are supposed to be comparable but I don't feel the Juke's size is the same as a CHR. Other than the size, it was a great well maintained vehicle. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues whatsoever and I'd rent from them again, I'd just call to verify the vehicle.

The van was new and ideal for me. The check in and out were efficient and the staff were polite and friendly.
