Refund received but little to zero empathy for our situation and no help at all with next steps. I guess receiving the refund was all that mattered and the agents were pleasant enough, but we would have been helped hugely by having someone listen to us as individuals rather than stating T’s and c’s all the time. We really needed our refund more quickly than 7 days so that we could rebook as the shoe is only on for two more weeks. Obviously grateful that we got the refund though so can’t fault the actual insurance policy.

Not impressed that ATG said I could go to pharmacist to complete form, but form stated GP. Very confusing. Otherwise quick refund.

The process to apply for a refund on the tickets was clear and I was able to upload the relevant information and the refund was processed in a timely manner. It was the first time I have had to use this type of insurance but I will certainly be taking it out again in case it is needed in the future.

Process was a bit complicated and the form was not easy to complete online. They then messaged me to say they hadn’t received any attachments despite me attaching them to my original claim. I was lucky enough to receive a refund but I didn’t receive any notification of this.

I was told that the matter would be dealt with within 7 days, so I knew when to expect a response. It was done in 5 days with a satisfactory outcome.
