Terrible. I met the terms and conditionsfor a refund as I was unable to attend a sporting event due to a flight cancellation (weather related) and they rejected it even though the actual ticketing company said i met all requirements! The response from secure my booking is bogus and does not follow their own terms & conditions. We will be pursuing legal action .

Simple and straight forward to do

I opted to get insurance because it was a winter show, and thankfully I was able yo get my refund because it snowed and I didn't want to risk driving. I followed instructions and the refund was complete within a few days.

The process itself was very efficient and quick. I was so glad I had that insurance as the tickets were expensive and you really can never for see problems. On a side note, When the event was not possible to attend, and I needed to apply for the refund, I found in info on the page confusing and there was no way to contact a person to answer my query. The chat bot was not helpful.
