Quite frustrating when you take out insurance and you find it hard to do all this online. Had to get help sending all these attachments.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2025I did get my money back eventually but it was a struggle. My friend couldn't make it because her pre cancer op hospital appointment lasted seven hours. The word "cancer" failed to soften this mob's heart because she couldn't produce a doctor's note. We eventually submitted a text message from the hospital which confirmed her appointment and this was enough for these ...... Sorry I can't think of a suitable word. Yes you did refund the money after 4 days but it was actually 11 days after my initial application. So I don't think you should be patting yourself on the back
