It was straightforward to set up a Savings Account. Easy to transfer money. On the one occasion I had to speak to the bank my issue was resolved quickly in a friendly manner.

At the time of taking out a bond Allica Bank had one if not the highest interest rate. I found the whole on line experience easy to navigate and would definitely utilise their services again.

Answered my query regarding my bond maturing,both by telephone and email quickly and professionally. Will certainly be re investing with Allica even though not the top rate of interest. Sometimes peace of mind is more important.

Allica Bank puts to shame the so called High Street Banks; Barclays. Lloyds, Nat West etc You don’t need to hang on telephone with 15 options and then wait for 30 minutes before you spend another five minutes to provide your security to talk to some one with your problem. Allica Bank has a dedicated Manager that you can send an email to or talk to ( Hayley Cosford in my case) Wow!! Hope Allica would have an exodus of Businesses. Why deal with substandard rubbish patronising treatment we all suffer from the haughty, arrogant, patronising Banks. This is a true and genuine comment from me. Dr HS.

As a new customer I was sent a link to a gift. The link would not accept the email address which I had used for my account nor another personal email address I have. I checked that I'd entered the original correctly. This wasted a good deal of time. Having posted a poor review however, Allica corrected things immediately and I was able to donate the gift to charity. Overall the fact they have a gift to existing customers and the quick way they resolved my complaint is impressive and welcome.
