Good follow up to online query

For a self proclaimed "no-nonsense" bank, we had to deal with their nonsense of doing the KYC multiple times, for no apparent reason, despite the KYC provider confirming that the documents were satisfactory and us uploading the same documents each time

Try to open an account. But it kept showing something wrong. I recommend your team to have a look at the issue as it seems many people having this issue

I applied to have a new user added to our account, I would expect this to be all done online, but I had to complete a form and upload it to get this transaction started,

Went to this bank around 6 months ago with a modest amount of savings as they had a competitive 6 months fixed rate savings account. Account was easy to open with plain, simple communications on opening and before maturity, giving options of what to do with the matured amount. I opened a new account and transferred interest back to my nominated account, this happened today. No hitches and no hassle always enough communication to let me know what was happening by email. Easy access to a good online web site detailing the account. I have to recommend Allica Bank, simple straight forward service. Thank you.

I joined Allica after a friend told me about this amazing new bank I decided to check them out. I spoke to one of the account managers who ran me through the features and benefits of the bank, they also told me the story of how the bank started. Allica has some great features from great business account benefits to an amazing savings interest which keeps me referring it to everyone I speak to. As an accountant, I have had experience with every major bank in the UK and pretty much every fintech. Alica certainly outranks every single one of them and they just keep on adding amazing new features to their business account.

Been a simple process thus far, continued to open future accounts with them. I was skeptical about the brand as I haven’t heard much about them at first but so far has been great. The negative reviews have some moronic reasoning for 1star, I.e. not reading terms, depositing then wanting money back etc etc

Started using Allica banking earlier in the year. Was initially impressed with the online app and personal touch, just being able to speak to an account manager was so refreshing. More recently we decided to take finance for EV, not only was the rate competitive, but the entire process was straight forward and quick. I’m delighted with the service and I’m currently looking at moving more of my business services to Allica.

So far I am really happy with this bank, they offer an easy access saving pot with a 3.65% interest rate, they offer 1% cashback on all card purchases, and the customer services are UK based and are very helpful, I really can't fault this bank. The only thing that is lacking is apple pay, although they are working on it and it just means I have to carry the card everywhere I go, but that is a minor problem.

Barclays paid my business about £1 a quarter for a balance of over 100k....then charged me £9 a quarter! I came across these by chance, opened an account within minutes and am getting over 40% on a 6 month lock in of some business funds.

Good customer service and follow up. And also were understanding about changes to company ownership , directors and share structure. Would recommend to other business owners / directors / accounts teams. Appreciate the cash back 1.50% transactions and the 3.54% interest on savings .

promote a good product and service level times but the delivery is extremely poor and the common sense of underwriters is to be questioned.

Excellent that's what I can says ,I try open bank account in UK for the business as none resident ,and find out it big issue and take me 6 weeks before I try Allica Bank .Agata contact me and one week later I have all ready
