My experience with Allica Bank has been great. The customer service provided by Anna has been top class, very helpful, lots of useful advice and regular contact throughout the process of converting over from an existing account. Very happy with the service.

Online access to my account disappeared of the app. Several calls to the "Relationship Manager" along with emails, so far has taken 7 days and remains unable to access my own funds. Allica Bank have not told me why nor requested any information.. In the meantime as a result I am unable to operate...

Disappointed. After years with Santander I was keen to move our business banking to Allica. I called them, but was told no one was available and that they would call me back as soon as they were out of the meeting. No call. I called again the next day, was put on hold for ages. Then again told they were in a meeting and someone would get back to me. I was moving due to the promise of a more efficient and responsive service. Two attempts to move and I am not impressed. Won't be bothering. Frustrated!

Applied for business savings account for my. Compsny (trading since 1990) with strong balance sheet. They demanded six months bank statements of my 30 year sole main trading account. Company complies fully with all regulatory requirements. considered OTT so went elsewhere without issue. Avoid the interference snd hassle

My experience with Allica Bank has been really great. I was first introduced to Allica via a professional colleague who recommended them highly. And he was right. My account manager Simon Lofts was really helpful and on it and made the whole onboarding process smooth and easy. The rewards are also second to none and work hard to grow those savings. Happy to recommend them.

We couldn’t let the week end without sharing our fantastic experience with Allica Bank! As an SME based in Bolton, we’ve been with the same high street bank for 20 years without any issues. However, on the recommendation of our accountant (big thanks to Paul @ Ryans Accountants, Bolton), we decided to explore what Allica Bank had to offer. Via Teams I met Steve Grigg on the morning of Monday, 10th March, and he clearly explained the benefits of banking with Allica—competitive interest rates, cashback on purchases, and a system designed with SMEs in mind. He walked us through the platform, and we were immediately impressed by its functionality and ease of use. Amazingly, by Friday, 16th March, we had two new accounts fully set up, allowing us to start making deposits into a high-interest account right away! The speed and efficiency of the process were outstanding. We’re absolutely delighted with Allica Bank—the website and app are excellent, and most importantly, the service from Steve Grigg has been exceptional. Thanks to Steve and the Allica team for making the transition so smooth!

Allica Bank have been great for us. We have a fantastic account manager Charlotte Corcoran. She looks after us extremely well, I have her mobile number and can call her if I need support with anything. We have also set up a group structure and now have four separate companies with Allica, all accessed via the same log in. Which makes everything nice and simple. We used to bank with Monzo, who were a disgrace. Also banked with Santander, who were even worse. Allica is a great bank for Small & medium businesses.
