My is restaurant is giving away toys for kids in need this Christmas .. I order over $900 in toys order was sent 12/6/2022 and I haven’t received an email with tracking number!

United States | 21 October 2022I made my first order as a new small with Kole Imports & unfortunately it’s been a real unpleasant experience. I purchase some products that were defective & also damaged. Initially dealt with Angel Fundora which purposely ignored me during the 2 week return period after he lied to me about not accepting a tax exempt resale certificate. I ended up speaking with Michael Franco after that which was the worst experience in years dealing with a manager. Mike asked me to withdraw the dispute in order to help me & stated he’d credit me $82.97 which he lied to me also. I ended up dealing with Evelyn after & she claimed I got a credit back which I proved to her with my Kole charges there wasn’t any credits back to me whatsoever. I had 4 different deliveries for this simple order that became a mess. I have big hopes in succeeding in my new business so I thought any new businesses shall be cautious. I wanted to make a 2nd order but unfortunately with the service I’ve received, it’s been a big waste of time & disappointment. Evelyn attempted to make it right but she was just as bad as the 1st rep. BE REAL CAREFULwith this company. I even reached out to upper management and Rob Kole the owner and they simply don’t care nor reply.

I expressed displeasure with that arrangement. After that it was taken care of without issue fairly quickly. Overall, I am satisfied and would likely order again

Had to open a PayPal claim in hopes to get my money back. They STILL have yet to try to help, fix or refund. They have great deals IF you are lucky enough to get what you paid for. EDIT-I HAVE emailed them directly several times, no response
