I gave you 1 star because you have been ignoring me since March of this year. I have contacted you on several occasions with no response. You have my money and the products, I'm going to need one or the other. I'm tired of this. It is not that difficult to return my money or ship my products to my home. This is sad to be my first experience with you all...shame on you.

Very poor communication and no means of direct contact. You just go to voicemail if you call. We purchased headbands for gift bags to deliver to a women's shelter and after a full week since they were ordered I can't get ANY info on when the headbands will be shipped. We are putting the bags together in 4 days and it looks like the headbands won't make it. Have NO use for them after that date, so I just wasted money purchasing them. I would suggest you shop elsewhere if you have any time restrictions. Extremely disappointed. Wish I had searched for reviews on this company before placing my order, because I would have seen this site and noticed others were having this issue.

May 28, 2021 i ordered a large shipment in the amount of $379.30 from Kole Imports consisting of 13 products but i only received 11 products. I received my order on June 7, 2021 and after checking the manifest with the items i received i discovered i never received double view cosmetic vanity mirrors which consist of bulk of 9 mirrors. I tried emailing and calling this company many times leaving voice mails and i still have not received a response from this company. I paid in good faith and did not receive all the products i purchased. All i want is the double view mirrors or a refund in the amount $18.36 and this company don't want to reimburse anything. I am frustrated and disappointed with their take your money, short you on your products then don't resolve any mishaps. I thought Kole imports was reputable company but i learned the hard way. I have been tricked and ripped off and their products are cheap quality and not even worth the money. My advice do not buy from this company they sell Dollar Tree products at a higher price, and terrible customer service.

After all the troubles Mr Michael Franco did all he could to solve our issues. I thank him very much and now he deserves a five star for his help. ---- And the very bad customer support continues. Now I am trying to return the item since monday 21 st and simple have no answer neither by phone nor by email. --- The order number is 2000226219 #SO245745. Now I have a tracking number, but I also got a message saying we will not get an invoice. What kind of wholesale does not provide invoices!!?? The product has no use to me without an invoice, if that is the case pelase give me information on how to return and get a refund. I placed an order 06/06, received the confirmation by email, my card was charged. However at the site the order doesn`t appear. I don`t get a track number nor any other information. Try to call 3,4 times a day and am laced on hold for 30 minutes each time. Sent several emails and got no answer. Filled some tickets at the website and also didn`t get no answer. No my money is taken out of my account, I don`t have the products nor any support. The worste customer support I have ever seen. Total disrepsect with a client.

Great products at great prices. I ordered items for a give away for our customers and our customers loved them. Shipping was fast and I received everything as ordered. Customer service was excellent. I recommend this company.

How can you find a profitable business at Kole Imports when the shipping is a ridiculously expensive as the products? I had a test spend of $398 worth of products added to my cart. During the checkout, my total cost was $687!

Personally find there hiring process to be very poor. I understand that it's a pandemic but to be told my interview is at 9am then i get there and the individual isn't even there and someone else will be conducting an interview and he initiates his own aptitude test is sort of blind siding in my opinion. The woman who i won't name only informed me of a interview not a test of any kind. Very unprofessional not to say or inform me of this at all.

I recently purchased about $350 worth of products from them. About 80% of the beauty items I purchased are EXPIRED. After multiple emails to them asking for a solution to this issue, I still don't have a reply about that specific issue. DO NOT BUY makeup/beauty items from them. You will probably get expired items too. One specific item had an expiration date of 2018 printed on the package and then it had a sticker over it with another expiration date of 2019 (I bought these in November 2020). I cannot sell expired items!! I am rating them 2 stars because the other items I purchased were nice and shipping times (in November) were decent.

I MUST ADMIT I WAS SKEPTICAL OF ORDERING FROM KOLE IMPORTS AND CLOSEOUTS BECAUSE AFTER I ORDERED IT DID NOT POPULATE A SPECIFIC TIME THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD ARRIVE OR ANY TRACKING INFO. SO THEN I READ REVIEWS AND SOME REVIEWS WERE POSITIVE AND MORE WERE NEGATIVE. BUT I SUCKED IT UP BUTTERCUP AND WAITED ON MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AND EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND ACCOUNTED FOR AND VERY VERY GOOD QUALITY. MY FRIENDS WERE FLOORED AT THEIR GIFTS! I WILL BE UTILIZING THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. DONT PANIC. BREATHE. HUG SOMEBODY!

Once again, the shadiness of this company is incomparable to none! After many many back and forth about a shipping cost discrepancy, Victor the sales rep finally saw that I was right and offered to refund what has owed to me $10.00. Their paper receipt says refund was processed on 11/18, but today is 12/3 and I have yet to see the credit. At this point, it is a matter of honesty and integrity which this company clearly lack. Don't do business with them. They're shady! Im adding this portion in response to what they wrote back below. Point is guys, I always have to chase them down to correct their errors. They respond with resolution for the world to see but this is after me hunting them down, number of emails before someone is willing to make things right. Theyve been in business for 35 years they say, yes, but if you are a small company you mean nothing to them. Do not do business with them you were too hard for your money for these people to take advantage of you with errors they refuse to fix unless you hunt them down for a really long time

Good afternoon I am presenting a problem with a merchandise, I am dealing with this a matter about dispatch since the beginning of November, 112.48 I manage the order through the platform as indicated by your guide and send all the information prepared to my seller (Evelyn Sanchez) as indicated in the guide but after several days of waiting, they inform me that the order was canceled, I must emphasize that it is a purchase to be sent to Amazon warehouses where I pay 112.48 dollars per request for labels to send it according to the products to KOLE IMPORTs for the office. I have tried to communicate by phone and they do not take the calls and emails answered by my salesperson (Evelyn) are just pure lies about an office that never runs for several weeks, I am wasting my time and money. I already paid at Amazon for the labeling process and it is still not being resolved. Nothing is resolved. With an Order SO228700 supposedly ongoing, I had never received a treatment like this in my life, very bad organization and bad management Antony de Jesus Bastardo is my name.
