Our experience with Kole Imports was very good. We received a few damaged products, but customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue for us.

Had a little trouble understanding Claire. Her English is not very easy to understand. But overall, she got the job done.

I was shocked that they have 74% 5-star reviews, until I realized that if you placed and received an order without error and didn't need to contact the company a person would have a good review. My orders that arrived without problem I was happy with. The problems began when I tried to contact the company. The phone was rarely answered and messages rarely returned. The harder you sought resolution, the more convoluted things became. Their BBB reviews repeatedly say this - check the BBB reviews. In my original review, I said the quality and price of merchandise made it worth the problems. I no longer feel that way. I thank Mike for his email address, but root problems are not being addressed and many things he said in his comment to this review didn't prove accurate. I've placed four orders since receiving Mike's email address. Three of them were very wrong. Two had lots of merchandise missing and one arrived with the merchandise destroyed (which may have been the lack of packing materials or FedEx carelessness). I do thank Mike that he fixed the first incomplete order by comparing merchandise and shipping weight to validate my complaint and mailed the missing items to me. On the other problems, communication got convoluted again. At this point, it looks like the destroyed items and missing items in the second order will not be resolved. I may own some responsibility for communication getting convoluted. As problems compounded, I got so frustrated I tried too hard to lead back to root problems, so they could get resolved. However, it was not all my fault. Multiple employees at the company added to the communication getting convoluted. When communication began to get convoluted with Mike, it was because I was starting to give documentation he had requested about previous problems and he either forgot asking for it or misunderstood my meaning. After seeing the BBB reviews, I sent one last email last night to try to help him understand where me and many others with similar frustrations are coming from. I guess my gratitude for the one incomplete order he fixed made me want to help. As of now, I never want to hear from him again. I will share blame for the communication getting convoluted, but I will not take responsibility for incomplete orders, destroyed merchandise, or company policies that give customers responsibility to chase shipping refunds on short orders when it is so hard to make contact, etc. The 5-star reviews make me wonder if my problems got worse because I made employees mad by trying to communicate, so orders began to ship incomplete and without packing materials to protect the contents. The BBB reviews I saw increased that feeling, but I don't want to be paranoid. I just won't shop with them any more. It is a shame, because my funding for this coming year is much greater, and I would have spent a lot of money with them. They lost those sales. Original post. It is said you get what you pay for, and that is true in regard to their customer service. They have great wholesale prices and even combined with their high shipping costs you get a good bargain and quality products. The problem is customer service. If you order something that's out of stock, they don't adjust shipping to accommodate the lighter package. They adjust the merchandise charge, but you pay the same shipping even when huge cuts to the order occur. Since shipping tends to be high, this can be a problem. I repeatedly tried to contact them about this, but they never answered. Since they ignored me, I lost those shipping dollars. In addition, one out of stock item I lost shipping dollars for remains on their website as available and steadily declining in number available as other customers purchase it - and this continues weeks later. They didn't respond when I inquired about that. When I reordered it after witnessing this website activity, my order was cancelled due to being out of stock as I watch the available number decline due to other sales. Most customer service inquiries are ignored. I've had a lot of orders and thus had some customer service needs. I am consistently ignored. I also had problems with the wrong amount being billed on my credit card in one case and an entire order being billed twice in another case. My attempt to communicate on this was ignored, but either they fixed it without communicating or Paypal caught the error and corrected it. One order I had to wait so long I doubted I was going to get it, but I did eventually. In a nutshell, the prices are worth the problems, but as I said at the beginning of this review - you get what you pay for. Don't expect stellar customer service if you have a problem, but it usually works out okay enough for the price paid. I have ordered from them several times and will probably order from them again.

I had emailed the company a couple of times regarding an issue I was trying to fix and Claire reached out to me and provided me with some outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional and was very helpful when she assisted me with completing my order. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends or colleagues.

Worst company ever! I bought an order from this company they told me they will send it in 5 days after lating for 3 weeks.. I dialed them trying to cancel the order they refused and sent to me after 1 month .. they didn’t want to return the order back I don’t recommend it at all.
