I waited to get my car for a very long time just to be told it won’t be delivered today. It may be delivered on Monday, it may not. I have done everything I was asked for!! Where is your responsibility Nationwide??? Why do you treat your customers so appallingly?? What about my rights? 😡

Rang to lease a car that was in stock 5 weeks ago and payed admin fee. The girl was lovely on the phone. We told her we were in a hurry as my car was being sold in the next couple of days. We were told there was a 2 week cooling period but we would probably get the car in 3 weeks. Chased up after 4 weeks and guy told us the problem was with a certain stockists, but it’s just a waiting game. Eh ! Chased up again and told a similar story and once again today, was told after being on hold for quite some time, it was logistics, the company supplier weren’t organised enough to fathom who gets them first. Asked to speak to Charlotte and boy was she ready for a fight . She wouldn’t let my husband speak and said he was being argumentative. He simply said he was asking questions to find the root cause of the problem but she was up a height. I will ask for all recordings of what has been said to us on all phone call. Also they have everything covered of not getting your money back. Until yesterday that particular car still said 3 to 4 weeks delivery, today it just says in stock on the Web site Update Zilch If they could give me some idea of delivery date it would be something. If a week I could hire a car to get to work, instead of taxi, if a month I could buy a banger for work, but no response and more or less it comes when it come and your not getting your money back is frustrating the hell out of me.

It is a quick efficient process to lease a vehicle through them. Kept me informed at each stage what was happening. This is my third lease vehicle. Charlotte C was helpful and friendly at each stage.

Have been with Nationwide for over 6 years and this lease would have been my 3rd car with them. Ordered an eC4. It never arrived on the day, which I had to chase up. Told there was a battery issue. New delivery date organised, which got canceled and no idea when the car, or a different one, would arrive. So I canceled the contract. 2 week later and I am still waiting for a refund of my admin fee and of the deposit of the car (around £1200 in total). I am having to chase 2 companies for the refunds and both hiding behind the company refund policies rather than doing the right thing by their customers and refunding straight away. It so frustrates me that they want your money TODAY, but refunds take 'up to 28 days'. Do better Nationwide!

Easy to deal with, good processes to keep things moving, well informed by email and Kayleigh at end of phone if needed to speak to anyone. Kayleigh was really responsive, never kept waiting. Great price on car, delivered to the door.
