Kayleigh was the account manager allocated to my request and she was great from the first email to the delivery of the car 3 weeks later. The responses were very quick and the service and response times were great. Vehicle delivered on the day on the hour. Overall great service from Kayleigh and the Nationwide team.

Kayleigh was excellent and communicated and responded to my emails or questions very promptly. The car arrived speedily and there were no issues at all. I will be using them again.

Started my order on the 29th of February, got accepted for credit on the 8th of march signed all documentation and got car insurance as stated I had to in the email before I could get the car delivered. Since then I have had no updates apart from every time I have phoned/emailed to which every time I have been told that they can’t tell me a date until the car has had a PDI, the car I ordered was an in stock and pre registration vehicle. It’s now been 6 weeks since the PDI has been requested on the car and still no sign of delivery?! I feel like there is no care for me as a customer to keep me informed about what is actually going on with the car I have been the one to do all the chasing up for an update. Still no car and have absolutely no idea what is going on.

Just ordered my EV lease (Nissan Ariya) from Nationwide and wanted to share my positive experience dealing with Nationwide, and Charlotte my Sales Consultant in particular. I had cancelled an EV purchase and was looking to lease instead. Not only was the lease cost lowest compared with other providers, I was kept up to date with progress and responses to queries on stuff like colour choice availability and delivery dates. I would recommend Nationwide to anyone looking to lease a new vehicle.

This post I have copied as word for word it is exactly the same experience I had. This is the most unorganised experience I have ever encountered! I arranged a contract hire around 7 weeks ago signing the finance documents with the registration number plate. The delivery date was scheduled for 17th April between 9am – 5:30pm (with a confirmation email) in which I booked the day off work to take delivery. I had a email correspondence on the delivery day so I chased up around 3pm and at 5pm, advised the car isn’t being delivered. I have had to take a day off work and sub hire a car in the meantime until the new car is delivered way beyond its original agreed. The lack of communication and information provided is poorly disappointing to say the least! I will not be using this company ever again, this has been a headache from the start and still have not received my car! A complaint was raised and told Iwould be contacted the following day, Next day morning I was bombarded with emails asking to confirm if the vehicle has been delivered, others advising when payments will be taken. All this even though Nationwide knew the issues. I now wait in the hope that the vehicle details don’t change, as insurance has been set up. Plus that the £25 a day car hire fee the dealer is offering will be easy t claim back, and my new car delivered soon.

Fantastic experience getting my first lease car through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, from initial enquiry to delivery was just over three weeks. Charlotte was fantastic from start to finish,very quick replies to any queries and kept updated every step of the way. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. Thanks again Charlotte, I love my Tucson.

Placed an order for a van online after seeing the advert. I completed the finance applicational and filled out all the forms etc on Friday. The application said it should take 48 hours to complete. I heard nothing on Tuesday after emailing twice and getting no response I called up to see what the status was with my application. I was told I had to wait for the person on the phone to get access to my finance application. When I asked how long that would take I was told she couldn't tell. I knew at that point I was being lied to and I suspected they didn't even have the vehicle and had oversold it probably. I emailed again on Wednesday and no response again so called up. I was told that they would need to check and get back to me. When I suggested that they were fobbing me off he looked into it more and said the vehicle had now gone and sold out. What is the point of selling vans and cars you clearly don't have the numbers of. It wastes everyone's time and just frustrates your customers who will go else where you muppets.

I recently received a new Audi from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. The whole process was seamlessly handled from order to delivery. I was given regular updates and the entire process was handled very efficiently. Suzanne Doherty was an excellent Vehicle Sales Consultant. I can highly recommend Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will definitely use them again.

Placed an order on 16th Feb with someone called Callum, provided all necessary documentation, kept asking for up-dates of when I would receive the car. No response. Someone else took over the case when I complained said they would get back ASAP, 4 days later still waiting. Even said I would cancel the car if I did not have a response - STILL WAITING. would suggest training in customer service

For the first time, we decided to lease a car. A friend recommended getting in touch with Nationwide Vehicle Contractors. I spoke with Charlotte Croly, who was very helpful and able to answer a number of questions. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and positive!

I had no correspondence on the delivery day so I chased up around 3pm and was advised the car has been rescheduled to be delivered on the 10th April. The license plate has also been changed without advising me of this. I had to cancel my car insurance I had set up for the car and re arrange due to the incorrect vehicle information given and re sign the finance documents. When I called to query this I was then advised the delivery of the vehicle will not be delivered on the 10th and is expected around 5 working days but cannot provide a delivery date! I am now obligated to go ahead with this contract hire as I cannot exit this contract due to you holding the car for the cooling off period and now all these problems are occurring before I have received the car. This is simply not acceptable I have had to take a day off work and sub hire a car in the meantime until the new car is delivered way beyond its original agreed date in order for me to get to and from work. The lack of communication and information provided is poorly disappointing to say the least! I will not be using this company ever again, this has been a headache from the start and still have not received my car!

Great service, especially from Charlotte Croly. Only reason for 4 stars is the time taken by the underwriters but this is nothing to do with NWVC.
