I’ve just ordered a new Audi A4 with Charlotte Croly and the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have been simpler. Charlotte was great to deal with. I’ve dealt with Charlotte a number of times now and she’s a credit to Nationwide Vehicle Contracts!

I haven’t used a leasing company before and I have found nationwide contracts a very good experience and being new to me I have had a few little quires and i can say that Charlotte Croly and her staff very helpful and always keeping me informed on what was happening well done all

We have just taken delivery of our new Nissan Qashqai and absolutely love it.We found the whole process with nationwide vehicle contracts very easy and stress free from our initial dealings with Kayleigh waters who was excellent through to delivery day when we were kept informed on delivery time. First time I’ve leased a car and it was a breeze with Nationwide. They send through all the info needed to look after the vehicle promptly and it’s easy to digest. Had the car delivered quickly after sorting the finance details and they were only a call away whenever I had any problems or wanted to chase up current status. I’ll be using them again and already recommend word of mouth to several friends.

FURTHER UPDATE: I’ve now received an email confirming a refund has been processed. Grand timing it seems! Stay clear folks, hassle from the start and to the end! Not upheld my complaint?! p.s. my local Mazda dealer sourced and delivered a car that was ACTUALLY in stock with Mazda within two weeks flat, so.. you believe what you want folks. 07/05/24 - 9.40am - THE END (thank god!) UPDATE: So, received an email confirming as a goodwill gesture i’d receive my Ā£100 back… not a penny received since that email. The email also told me that my complaint was not upheld. Folks, stay WELL CLEAR of this company. 04/05/24 - 7pm Ordered a Mazda CX-5, told it was ā€˜in stock’ both on website and by advisor on phone. Went ahead, advised by said advisor it would be 2-4weeks max, great, needed a car urgently so agreed and paid there and then my deposit. Chased several times, each time told all good. Customer portal shows delivery date, it comes and goes three times. Chased again, and again, each time delivery time moves forward until the last time - 9 weeks from order. I work in motor trade, vehicles ā€˜in stock’ take 7-10 days, not 9 weeks! Full of false promises, playing cat and mouse each time with delivery dates, emails and calls. Called to cancel, requested full refund, told 28 days. Refund comes, Ā£100 short. Was not told about this! Called and eventually got a senior complaints handler - says it all! I was referred to terms and conditions!! Shocking service and shocking promises, told to put complaint in writing which i already had and had to chase for a response and then spend ages on a call!! When i called, patronising ā€˜senior complaints handler’ was of no help or any sympathy whatsoever. Kept referring me to the T&Cs. I was told delivery times are ā€˜estimates!’ - not according to your own selling staff and selling website!! I’ve been deceived by this company and its staff, took my money there and then and had to wait several days for a ā€˜refund’ which I was not told would have Ā£100 deducted from it!! This company has let me down hugely from the start, i’m without a car and have since had to hire a car during the delay costing me in excess of Ā£1500 never mind the stress i’ve had to endure! I should have went to my local dealer and not online! Disgusting, having now read reviews - this is a commonplace occurrence and i’m now left out of pocket of Ā£100… terms and conditions don’t allow for false promises, terrible service and stress do they?! DO NOT USE, listen to the real reviews on this site, i should have! Company is known for this and here I am now doing what others have done before and will do after me. Disgusted.

Kayleigh was amazing from initial call and kept me well informed of progress. Only slight issue was that after the car arrived, my finance docs were sent to another customer containing my personal data. I was informed immediately and assured that was rectified.

They now use LeasePlan uk to look after the admin and charges at end of contract, so I would steer clear if I were you. If you don't know why that should worry you, take a look a LeasplanUK on TrustPilot

Great customer experience from start to finish. Clear communication and efficient service when I needed a lease car at short notice. Kayleigh was excellent at keeping me updated at every stage. Second time I have used and will use again.
