I initially booked a car that was meant to be delivered in August, then it was postponed to September, eventually postponed to October. I then phoned and asked if I could change the car, because I needed the new car before October, and they not only didn't put any problems, but also facilitated the search of a new car, with the ones they have in Stock. In less than a week I have all my documentation sent and accepted and I am currently waiting on my car to be delivered. I loved how Charlotte Croy has been helping me sorting this out so quickly and answered any questions I could have. Thank you!!!

I can not recommend highly enough & believe me I am a very cautious online buyer, so buying a car online was a massive step for me. Also, I worked in car sales for 6 years so I do feel guilty about not buying from a dealership, but the deal was too competitive from NVC. From my initial enquiry and contact with Charlotte Croly everything has gone smoothly, I ordered my Nissan Juke Tekna Plus in May and received it on 1st September.
