Having decided to lease for the first time I didn’t have a specific car in mind. The website was very easy to navigate with multiple options and plenty of information on each car. It appeared to me that whatever car you wanted was catered for. There were options for immediate delivery but I chose a bespoke order for which I was given an estimated delivery time. Having decided on a model I sent off a query with a few questions and received a response in less than 24 hours. From there the process of ordering online was really easy. Having submitted an order request I was again replied to in less than 24 hours with a detailed quote, offer documents etc. I then had a nominated advisor to speak to if I needed to. At this point you only pay the arrangement fee. Having ordered I was regularly contacted with a progress report on my order. When the car arrived in the UK I received confirmation E-mails and a personal call to agree a delivery date. The delivery process was really easy, the car being delivered to my home by the dealer. The handover process was exactly the same as if you were buying from a dealer yourself. The dealer going through all the usual controls. Overall I found the experience much easier and less stressful than buying a car from a dealer. There are options for every taste and budget and what you will pay is upfront. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of leasing.

Really straightforward process from selecting the car on the website to working with Sam Curzons on the finance agreement and Regular contact with Jamie on insurance. It’s a big contract for me and therefore stressful, and the uncertainty around dates was tricky to handle but the team kept us regularly informed and delivery was easy too.

Repeat lease after being very happy with my first vehicle through this company. Very easy processes and good communication.
