United Kingdom | 06 March 2024Good experience to a point hence the 4 stars not 5. So I went for an in stock pre registered car as needed it quickly. Prices are very good and staff are nice and helpful. Paperwork all sorted in a day with finance approved so all good. This is where it falls down a bit as it's then away from nationwide and they are relying on the dealers. Unfortunately despite being registered and in stock its taken almost 5 weeks till delivery (assuming no further push backs). not nationwide fault but they should be pressing dealers for better service on this front. A pdi takes hours and to then wait 3 weeks for delivery is not great. Reimburse my train fares and I'd be quicker going myself to pick it up.

United Kingdom | 06 March 2024Lauren was brilliant at supporting through from the initial query to ordering and sorting a delivery date. All in all, the process from query to delivery day has taken three weeks. Today is delivery day. I took the day off of work (as a teacher, so had to take it unpaid) to accept the delivery. I waited around and hadn't heard anything by 2.30pm. I rung the number as advised. Jo was very helpful and had found out an ETA of 6-6.30pm as the car was coming from 200+ miles away. I have just had a call from the delivery driver (5.30pm) who has said delivery will now be at around 7pm as they had to do multiple car drops today and now there is traffic. This is quite frustrating to hear as I could have been to work and home had I have been told this earlier. I have unnecessarily missed a day's pay. I am also concerned about checking the car over when it will be dark outside. Nationwide have been excellent in their communication and support, but the dealer and their service so far has been underwhelming.

Lauren was my contact who dealt with the dealership and everything was arranged quicker than I expected and have had no issues. She was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. Also amongst the cheapest fees. Getting finance was stratight forward and my new car will arrive in less than 3 weeks from when order was placed.
