Paid £270 to Nationwide via credit card on 14/12/23. Unfortunately had to cancel due to vehicle not having essential safety features. Why when payment made and taken same day, does it now take 28 days to return the payment. Seems like they just like to hold on to customers money for as long as possible. They now reply saying refund made on 10/01/24 but now 12/01/24 and still not in my account. Terrible company!

Very easy to deal with. Initial enquiry through the website was followed up with a call to go through the details. Dealt with Callum who was very professional and helpful.

Car chosen was available and was quickly delivered in the colour we had chosen.

An amazing price for the vehicle I wanted, and followed up with excellent communication leading up to delivery. Website was easy to use and I also took advantage of their partner discounts to purchase some car mats. Very happy with the overall service.

Communication is always great - both via email and phone communication. If anyone says they will call back, they always follow through. This is the first time I have leased. Car via NVC and was a little unsure about the process as was all new to me. Whilst I have leased vehicles before from main dealerships this was the first time doing so via an online journey. It has been an easy and great experience from online to the phone calls with Charlotte Croly, who was extremely helpful in explaining the process and answering all the questions I had regarding the lease. I have been kept informed the whole way through with updates about the estimated date of delivery for the car, which will be here shortly!
