10days ago I had no idea I was going to get a lease car. My thoughts changed and responded to an email I received from Nationwide. This is where I first spoke to Callum and straight away I felt comfortable with him. His response to me a first time Leaser was an extremely positive and helpful, no hard sell but that's the way I like buying . Any questions were quickly dealt with no matter how small. The prompt service coupled with a system that made life easy was brilliant. I could not praise Callum and the rest of the team more. Today 8 days later I got my car and I have an ear to ear smile. I just have to get used to the technology and the feel of a new car to make my experience perfect. My particular circumstances meant the application process wasn't as straight forward as it might have been, involving a lot of back and forth, but Lauren was always on hand to answer any questions. Just taken delivery of Nissan Qashqai sourced through Nationwide. Extremely easy experience, good communication and advice in their attached literature. They also offer competitive insurance quotes for minor damage and tyres. They were recommended to me by a relative and you don't do that if you have any qualms. I would also recommend them as well.
