I've leased 4 cars now with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts (waiting delivery on my 4th car) and would not hesitate to use them or recommend them again. They are reliable, competitive in pricing and their customer service is outstanding. I have been speaking to Sam C who helped with my last 2 leases and he always has time for questions, helping me find the right vehicle and pricing. I add on service and maintenance because it pays for itself with longer leases.

Made an enquiry for a Business Lease over 3 weeks ago and still don’t have an outcome (approved or otherwise). Chased up repeatedly for the first two weeks only to eventually be told an error had meant the application hadn’t been submitted. The application was then submitted and I received a request for additional information (company accounts, Bank statements, account details) which I sent within three hours. Over a week later and I’ve had no further update or response to Emails and calls despite chasing daily. Could my application have been rejected? Who knows, and that’s ok if it has but surely some form of response would be the professionally courteous thing to do. I eventually got an email response this evening saying “I’ve been tied up a lot today” and will call by 10:00am tomorrow. Again, it’s ok to be busy but where is the priority? Does my 3 week old application sit at the bottom of the pile against new business received over the weekend? Ive been told I’ll receive a call in the morning before, and never had, so I don’t hold much hope for tomorrow morning [received a call at 11:14 having made sure I was free upto 10 I was unfortunately in a meeting. Individual left message saying they would call back before they went on lunch…which ofcourse they didnt] they I chose a vehicle that was in stock as I was desperate for a vehicle and hoped things could be concluded within a reasonable period. Ive been checking regularly that the deal is still on the site and it had been up until this morning but isn’t there anymore which also feels very unfortunate. I appreciate things take a while and there are reliance on other parties but this doesn’t feel a reasonable or well organised. The willingness to communicate and do business has been woeful. It’s a pity as I’d wanted to do Business with Nationwide for a while and I’d hoped they could’ve become my company’s fleet partner as and when we grew in size.

Very pleased with my experience of obtaining my new car through National Vehicle Contracts. The communication and assistance from my Sales Consultant Sam Curzons were second to none. All the stages of applying, explaining the requirements and the delivery of the car was perfect.

Can’t fault Nationwide Vehicle Contracts from start to finish. Easy website to use and find the car you want and then contacted by Lauren who sorted everything out. It was painless. The only downside was the estimate for delivery was off by 2 months but I know that was down to Kia. Order updates were plentiful thoughout and Katie from that team kept me updated every few weeks. Loving my new car. Thank you
