Sam Curzon’s got me my deposit back and once I found another one made sure the whole process went smoothly. I lost my current car that I had with Nationwide due to a bit or a freak accident. I contacted Nationwide and Kayleigh Waters was a great assistance to me. I need a car for work and Kayleigh sourced the exact vehicle that I was looking for and got all my administration sorted in real fast time to support me and get the car booked for delivery for me. In less than three weeks, everything sorted and the new car was delivered. I could not ask for better service than this. Many thanks.

I am on my second push-back of the delivery date. Same experience as the customer who put a recent review with 1 Star. I gave two stars, as Lisa has continuously been courteous in her replies to me. But this does not change the fact that I needed a new car more than a month ago, chose specifically a model "In stock" - just to find out 3 weeks later that it was not available anymore. First delivery date of a replacement model was 21 November, now it is 28 November. If that is not met I am taking my business elsewhere. Pity for the rest of the communications and procedures, which work seamlessly. Offered to pick the car up ourselves, but that is apparently not an option. You may need to look into a different partner company for the car deliveries !!

My second car with NVC, my workplace salary scheme failed to materialise, so needed to find a car at short notice, found a used Tesla deal to replace my outgoing car for almost exactly the same monthly cost, Sam Curzons was helpful, with all queries sorted quickly. A quick chat to go over the details, and another for delivery, but all the rest is done via email.

This is my second vehicle with Nationwide, so into my 5th year. Nothing has ever been a problem. my first lease i asked to extend from 3 years to 4 and this was done hassle free at a good price. My 2nd lease i was quoted a deal that was really good but after delaying to accept for a week, the deal had expired. My agent Sam Curzons then found a deal that was still better than I could find elsewhere. Everything then went so smooth New car delivered on day of my choice with old car taken away 3 hrs earlier.....Perfect!

Manufacturer put the delivery date back a couple of times so Sam Curzons very kindly changed the car without any hassle.

My lease car was going back and was let down by the manufacturer on my new vehicle. Had a look for another car to lease at short notice and was really please with offerings Nationwide Vehicle Contracts had to offer. On selecting my car I had a couple of conversations with Sam Curzon’s with regard colour and interior options and it was ordered. Everything else was done online and I am looking forward to my car be delivered on Wednesday. All of this will have taken 8 days from start to delivery, very impressed.

Ordered a personal lease car and expected the process to take weeks. Their prices were among the lowest I found. Not only was the paperworkdone within days, but I'm getting car far sooner than I expected. Sam Curzons was extremely helpful in guiding the process along.

This was my first time using Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to lease a car. The process of ordering a car was quick and simple and I found that they seemed to have very good prices in comparison to other leasing sites. Once the order was placed, Kayleigh was excellent at keeping us informed of any updates and making sure the process went smoothly. Overall very impressed and I'm very likely to use NVC again in future if we want to lease another car.
