I researched car rental companies via Which? the consumer organisation who rate Nationwide very highly. I was impressed with the personal service and the efficiency of the process. There were a few paperwork issues most probably of my making. The car was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. I will have no hesitation in recommending Nationwide.

Found a competitive price with NVC and was quickly dealt with efficiently by Charlotte Croly. She was able to check the stock of the exact spec i asked for and process everything quickly thereafter. She also responded to all my emails promptly with questions enabling me to quickly get through the process. I am due to take delivery of my car next week having only started the process a few weeks ago so have been pretty pleased with the process so far. Assuming i have no issues with delivery, i would certainly use them again.

I am about to take delivery of my second vehicle from Nationwide, although delivery is later than predicted I was kept updated throughout. I`ve used Nationwide for a few years now and the service is really second to none.The pricing is always there or there abouts. Expected delivery dates for our latest vehicle was an ongoing problem but Lauren eventually sourced an in stock vehicle with the same spec and colour so well done, great service!!
