Great service from Kayleigh Walters constantly updating on any information being available on the delivery of the vehicle and assisting with changing vehicle details on three occasion due to availability and waiting time. But finally received my new car this week and it drives really well so thankyou Kayleigh.

I dealt with Kayleigh. Who made the process so easy and straightforward. From the start to finish it was a smooth application. I even changed my mind on the choice of vehicle after a few days and yet again Kayleigh went out of her way to secure my car. Emails, phone calls always kept updated through the process.very quick and efficient.

This is my third car from Nationwide and I'm very pleased with the new Qashqai sitting on my drive. Had an unexpected issue with the model I originally ordered as Nissan could then not deliver it in time, so Kayleigh sorted out an alternative specification quickly and it was delivered within 2 weeks. I know availability of vehicles can have long lead times as the industry sorts out the supply chain, but if you are flexible on the specification then getting a great car quickly is still possible. The website is nice and easy to use too.

I have recently dealt with Nationwide Vehicle contracts regarding my car lease, I have used them for the last 3 yrs and found them to be very easy to deal with, therefore I decided to use them again to arrange my new car, the transition period has been seamless and dealt with very efficiently by all the staff I have dealt with

I've always found them to have very competitive rates and a good choice of cars. Once you have ordered it is also easy to change options or vehicles before delivery is confirmed. This is my second personal lease with them and I have taken on another vehicle concurrently so the Mrs doesn't keep taking mine! Kayleigh and Lauren are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Never thought I'd have two brand new cars on the drive!

This is the 3rd personal lease contract we've had with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. Starting with finding a car on the website is easy, adding options where necessary and getting a quote is fast. After placing the order the communication is speedy and any questions you have are answered. Basically, you're guided through the process from obtaining a lease finance company with the best deal right the way through to delivery of your new car. Staff are helpful either by phoning or by emailing. They're an experienced company and make leasing easy. Would recommend them to anyone looking to lease.

Positive experience from order to delivery, although delivery date was delayed a number of times (no fault of Nationwide but rather VW). Good communication throughout. Would recommend.
