i bought this insurance on price, and will next time

I grow weary of listening to irritating music not of my choosing whilst put on hold for what seems like a millenia, and then compelled to go through endless questions with a generally disinterested member of staff on the other end. Refreshing then to get a decent service from ASHLEY LOMBARD who clearly possesses the skills of good professional communication and courtesy. In my case she went the extra distance to get the best product she could. For myself, I would prefer to go through her directly to ensure the quality of service we used to take for granted

Renewal notice came in, quick online search revealed potential for a lower price. Called to see what they could do - update of details and a lower price than the comparison site offered. As always the team are there to assist you and it was great to renew and stay with a company that offers such a high level of customer service.

Tiffany was great due to being a brand new taxi policy it wasnt simple but Tiffany worked hard to get me best quote possible .The quote wasnt the cheapest i received but Tiffany went through everything and why my other quote could be cheaper which filled me with confidence in the company as other brokers couldnt even be bothered to call me back with a quote and the company that were cheaper i couldnt deal with on the phone thanks for your help

From the first contact with the Insurd operative, we were confident that we would be able to insure our new caravan, she spoke clearly, was very helpful and guided us through the process, and answered any questions we had. We were more than pleased with the quote she was able to give us, [ over £300 cheaper than the quote from our insurer for our previous caravan] we are happy to proceed with the policy and the lady is contacting us soon to talk about our home insurance. Cant recommend Insurd enough!

Just bought a taxi insurance throught Insured. I gave them a 5 stars rating based on the interaction I had with Cameron - lovely guy, helpful, cooperative and friendly.

I had to sell my vehicle for personal reasons, i in-turn had to cancel my insurance, they charged me 6 monthly payments as a cancellation charge for doing so, they cancelled my direct debit and they then passed it straight to debt collectors, when I rang to sort it out the debt collectors said I must speak to insurd, insurd said to speak to close brothers, close brothers said speak to insurd! The system is designed to fail and benefit themselves and not the customer, 6 monthly payments is a rip off too! A Very bitter end to my business with them!
