When I called Spectrum, I prepared myself because I can’t stand calling any customer service, I cringe. But I talked with a lady named Rachel (I even remember her name, rare for me) and within minutes it was like talking to a friend. I am sure my questions were dumb, but she made me feel like the most important and best customer Spectrum has, not some fungus, and I hadn’t even signed up yet. I hung up after buying everything she had, got a good deal, and felt fantastic about it. The best part is even now after my install, everything she said, everything she promised has happened and she was true to her word. Please tell that lady this ol man says thank you. God bless!
