We had the pleasure of speaking with Ramy today on an inquiry for internet services and TV channels and he was amazing! I can not thank him enough for all his information and all his help. He was so knowledgeable and he even got us a better deal and upgrades for our cell phone accounts allowing us to stay with same AT&T company. To top it off, he set us up with ADT for home security. We are so happy with his advice and his customer service skills. We were on the phone for 2 1/2 hours but the process was not painful at all. He answered all our questions and went over every plan and solution. The promotions were excellent and his understanding and patience were outstanding.
