Young man I spoke with was very professional and easy to talk with,extremely nice and respectful.

I called tonight and I had no clue what was available to be because I’m out in the middle of no where and sherry helped me figure that out and get everything set up for me in a matter of minutes she was so sweet! I would totally recommend this company they are so easy to talk to.

Do not want the provider recomended.The recomended provider has the worst rating in the industry. I have never seen a rating as low. You should not offer such a piece of crap. You should refund my $ 60.00 I paid for terrible advice. So , you censor my words? A four letter word for crap , think about it.

The best customer service I've ever received!!! I was desperate to get internet and thank you to the man I spoke with I will hopefully be getting it soon!!!! Called Spectrum on my behalf and helped me get everything set! Literally a miracle worker!!! Update: The internet was not in fact installed do to my house not being serviceable without extreme measures. However, inmyarea did call several times to make sure it was installed which definitely speaks to the character of their company. This is a company that genuinely cares about their customers and their service reps are exceptional.
