I’m not quite sure who or what I’m reviewing but if it is the customer service phone call I just had, it was painful! The gentleman, who definitely was not from the USA, was polite and friendly but the connection and delay and his not speaking very good English made something as simple as giving him my credit card number and email address took literally several minutes and I’m not exaggerating. And on top of that, just getting to a live person to speak to in the beginning was horrendous. UPDATE My review was supposed to be for Kate. She was wonderful!
