I had several questions and he was able to answer them then custom tailored the right service for my needs. Highly recommended! I never write reviews but had to after such a positive experience.

I called to ask about at&t but they didn't offer fiber at my house and i was about to hang up and signup with twc through there service. But she said she could help me and did a great job signing me. I was smiling the whole way through signing up for an internet service provider which is not common Thanks again :)

I thought I was calling Optimum & the representative yelled at me when I said I would check with another company & call back, he was rude & impatient. I was told I was getting an easter promotion, but it was just the regular non promotional offer. I contacted Century Link directly & got better service

United States | 18 April 2019I am trying to find internet for my RV, so I called many companies before speaking with Deon McGlothin. He was very kind, and listened to me “vent” my frustrations. My home is in a rural area, and my address didn’t show up in the “system”. I have heard that many times in the last few years, but instead of telling me that he couldn’t help me, Deon kept trying- and trying. He was FINALLY able to find my house on Google maps, and described my boat and RV, so I knew he had located my home. He then was able to figure out my address situation. While he was doing so, he listened to me ramble on- and on about my dissatisfaction with HughesNet. When he learned that I had contacted Viastat previously, but that they hadn’t shown for their appointment, he was apologetic and very personable. He sincerely was concerned about my inability to have reliable internet service. I apologize for the length of this letter, but I want to emphasize how much this young man impressed me. His caring demeanor was the high point of my day. I will never forget his attention to me, his humor, his diligence and kind words. I found a friend yesterday! I am so thankful for the opportunity to have spoken with him, and will forever remember the experience. I don’t often rate my experience with a business, but I want to commend Mr. McGlothin. He is a wonderful voice for your business, and I wouldn’t have given Viastat another opportunity if not for his attention to me. I look forward to better internet through his efforts.
