Expensive tuition and incompetent customer service. Started with superb service when they want you to sign, once your child is attached to the tuition, they started to ignore your request. They are proud with their provision of free lessons from conversion of points which parents accumulate through sharing their poster in social media. Recently they changed their system to make it so onerous for parent to accumulate points by setting stupid and inconvenient criteria for the media sharing for points feature. Including the requirement to have your face on the social media, only upload after 24h of sharing and resize your file and upload to their platform etc…. Feedbacked but the team can’t do anything except to keep asking you to redo. All these probably is to make it difficult for you to accumulate points for free lessons…a bait and switch gimmick!

Signed up my son P5, for the LingoAce hybrid lessons. He likes the physical lessons, he feedback was he gets better and prompt explanation from the teacher. The education consultant, Linus, was very helpful and patient in helping me understand the lesson content of LingoAce. He also keeps in touch with us, provide updates and assistance during the course. Really appreciate his efforts. Overall so far things are good.

LingoAce teachers, 姚老师and蔡老师 have an excellent way of keeping my children engaged. They are accommodative and understanding with them. My children feel more confident and willing to communicate in Chinese. On top of that, we wouldn't have signed up and continued the lessons without the excellent service from the Account manager, Linus. I truly love the top-notch friendly and very professional service rendered to my kids and me. Vincent was very helpful and guided me to get my kids ready for Lingoace lessons. He was very professional and did not get irritated or annoyed when i flooded him with many question about the course. Highly recommend him and my kids enjoyed Lingoace lessons. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that they do not have enough written practise so penmanship and learning to write is harder to grasp.

I came through LingoAce through FB in June 2021. Understand their concepts more when one of the consultant Linus called me. Decided to let my 1st kid who is having PSLE in Oct then to try out when her Chinese is always RED in the drain. Through teacher’s patience, she manage to pass her PSLE and got into Express in Sec 1. I thus let my 2nd kid who is also v bad in Chinese to try out. So far, she still have not pass her Chinese yet but her marks and her communication in Chinese is significantly improved. I hope she can come in time to make it for her PSLE in 2023. I can’t be thankful enough for the experienced and patient teachers who are ever so dedicated in following up with my child’s progress during classes. A highly recommended Chinese supplementary class n I’m all ready to enrol my youngest child who is preparing for P1 with LingoAce in next 2 yrs.

My 2 children have been learning Chinese with LingoAce for more than a year. The teachers are very dedicated in helping them do better and they are very encouraging, so the children are motivated to learn. Customer service is top notch too!

LingoAce's blended learning programme has helped my upper primary kids in their Chinese. From failing to finally passing in a short period of time. Not only that, the programme engages them a lot more and makes it more fun, especially the online sessions. The customer support service and follow up are efficient and prompt. Would definitely recommend to others whose children are weak in Chinese.

Had our 2nd lesson this week. Wang laoshi is patient and encouraging. My son is not very good at Chinese and loathes learning it but he’s quite willing to sit through Wang laoshi’s lessons. The lessons are well-structured and according to Singapore’s syllabus. Feedback given by Wang laoshi is timely and useful. Excellent support from consultant so far too! Quite happy with LingoAce so far and hope my son’s command of the language can improve soon!

Great experience! My kids had huge improvements from the beginning till now. The class use One-on-One instruction. High quality interaction where students feel difficult. And low-stress environment, it helps kids comfortable to trust the Instructors and openly share ideas.
