MuMing has been very helpful and proactive in managing my queries, and he even assisted to shortlist suitable teachers for us. Our experience with Huang Laoshi thus far has been positive as she is patient and energetic in keeping our child engaged. We noticed our child is now looking forward to Mandarin enrichment and she enjoys the learning process.

Wish there is a zero star choice for this company. It’s an absolutely scam. When they want your money, their sales person promises everything: for example: there are lots of choices of time slots for their group lessons. They will assess each child’s ability and then put them to the suitable class. But it’s all a joke. I was a fool to pay them for 50 group lessons in advance after a hard sales pitch from their sales person. After taking my money, they then told me the time slots I had chosen didn’t have group class at those times. My son had to wait for more than two months for his group class to start. The company has a policy that children can take leave during holiday. I took only two lessons’ leave, in accordance with their rule and I gave them plenty of notice. They mentioned that when we came back from holiday, it might be a different group class for my son to join. I told them clearly it was okay so long as he could join a group class at the same level and the same time slots. Their staff didn’t say anything different. It was all through clear written communication. I was then shocked when they told me that my son’s class was canceled because we took two lessons’ leave. They gave me two choices: either join a different (but much higher level) group class at the same time or choose different time slots. The time slots I was offered were 11 am Monday, Thursday or Saturday. My son always has Saturday school (I told them on day one when their sales person wanted me to buy lots of classes), so Saturday is not possible. Obviously 11 am on Monday, Thursday are school time for any children in the UK, so that’s not possible. I was shocked and asked them for a reason. They replied that the time of my son’s group lessons are 1 am in China and all their teachers are from China. So it’s difficult for them to find teachers. I told them this was not my problem. I only bought the lessons based on their promise that they have teachers available for the time slots I had chosen. They used our two lessons’ leave as an excuse to cancel the lesson. The real reason is that there are not many students in the group class at that time. As a company based in China, if you don’t have capacity/ability to deliver lessons at UK time, then don’t take money from UK customers. When I asked about the complaints procedure the person just laughed at me on the phone! Save your self money and stress by avoiding this company. An absolutely scam.

Really appreciate the efforts by Vannies to follow up with us regarding the course. She has been patient and understanding. This has made our experience with Lingoace a really pleasant one 👍🏼

After paying a year long of classes we learned that in order to enjoy the full bundle of “gift classes” promised we have to advertise them in social media no less than 24 times!! Really disappointed by their dishonesty and dirty tricks

The LingoAce is fantastic! The teachers are very paitent and professional in the class. My dauaghter is improving her reading and writing skills after she has been with the LingoAce so quickly.I am so proud of my daughter and I especially with the teachers LingoAce reccommends. Miss Wanli Tang that is her current teacher is a very nice teacher who has a calm way of teaching.Lucia who is looking after my dauther in the LingoAce. She is very organized .
