We are so grateful for choosing LingoAce as the Chinese at home learning platform for our 3 years old daughter. She loves the pictures, songs, videos and interactive activities with her Chinese teacher on the platform. Her teacher He Lao Shi (Ms. He) is very patient, flexible and enthusiastic with young kids. Our daughter is bilingual and now speaks more Chinese sentences than before. That’s all because she loves her Chinese teacher and wants to communicate with her teacher all in Chinese. We appreciate that LingoAce gives the opportunity to the young kids be immersed into native Chinese language at this young age and also a fun experience. Highly recommend!

LinZe has been in lingoace for almost three years, and his progress is a little bit of accumulation. My children, after taking Chinese lingoace lessons has had so much progress in their Chinese. This was correct choice.

Our family followed LingoAce since last August, and it went alright until the "replay function" is down due to over 2 months platform update. We got first dissatisfying service from one customer manager but later got compensated good service from Fuhao (付昊) as well as corrected good service and apology from the first customer manager. They both agreed with us that Lingoace will be NOT only responsible for the teachers' behavior, but ALSO care if the child being taught can accept the teaching or not, hence teaching quality. Therefore we choose to re-trust Lingoace for how they deal with customers' relationship and we hope for a much happier and smoother problem solving process in the future if similar issues happen again.

My 3.5 years old son loves Lingoace Chinese lessons. the class set up keeps kids’ interests and also improve their concentration and social skills. very happy with teacher Liyang zheng and consultant Kevin wang. :-)

I am a mother of two children. Both of my children are studying at LingoAce. We enrolled in Chinese courses for the first two years, and began to study in English courses this year. Teachers are very responsible and the administrators are very helpful in LingoAce. Love and patience, I think teachers have helped me regain my confidence in "teacher morality", and my children also enjoy the process of learning with the teacher. Vannies is very helpful, patient and prompt in answering my queries. 李老师managed to engage my four year old who usually does not sit still for more than 10 min. I just started the 1 to 1 online lessons with LingoAce.

Consultant Vannies is so patient, friendly and responsive to all my queries. She took all our feedback seriously and addressed them as well. My boy is enjoying his lessons as they are so interactive and engaging.

Teacher is great and my child enjoys the class. The support given by the consultants are good too as they will follow up with me to check the progress of my child.
