I’m provided with a lot of info and very timely as well. he’s shown to be very sincere and even after handing over, he still is very responsive to my messages. Once handed over to the customer service side, I received a call from Jeffrey. there was a vast difference in the feel to the service in terms of sincerity. He mentioned that he will get back to me on the class timings but he did not. Teacher/lessons are relatively decent in terms of revisions, however, there were many interruptions with the network. The teacher could not hear nor understand the child clearly and somehow assumed the topic to be something else. Correction for the child’s reading is lacking even when the child skips or read the words wrongly. Sometimes, due to the timing, the teacher ends the lessons quite abruptly or even ends earlier than the time since if there ie a continuation, more time may be required.

Singapore | 25 April 2022Consultant Mu meng is very fast in replying and solving my question. Encounter some trial issues on new macbook as need to download Google chrome for the class. So I requested for 2nd trial. MuMeng is fast to arrange another class for us. My active son is more confident is speaking mandarin in sentence now after 5lesson. He also look forward to play the "game" assignment. So I increase his class from once a week to 2lesson a week now. Thank you

The learning materials are interesting esp the interactive games. It's also easy to book class through the app. Support from customer service and team is good too.

The problem is the course consultant doesn’t give me the same offered bonus class when I try to enroll for my another daughter. When I enrolled for my younger daughter, she offered me to buy 2 different packages for my daughter with more bonus classes for the sister. But I told her my elder daughter is on other class and I will enroll my younger daughter first and then I’ll enroll my elder daughter next month. She said it’s ok. Let’s enroll for one first. Then, when I ask to enroll for my elder daughter, they offer me with a lesser bonus class package. Not as promised before my first enrollment. And their response to me is not the same after purchasing the first package. Not as responsive as before buying. The name of the consultant is 崔佳慧

United States | 15 February 2022First I have to say Thanks to Teacher Mrs. Gao, her patient and vivid instruction keeps my grand daughter eager to learn without getting bored... I would've rated for 5 stars just for the teacher... But with the selling representative Mr. Zhang, I was so disappointed with him that I purchased for 100 classes plus bonus classes before Chinese New Year, and tried to pay in full, but ran a problem with my credit card... Ended up I paid in half for 50 classes with bonus classes, and promised him to pay another half later... Mr. Zhang did contact me for my another half of the payment and I missed his call... I thought people in China they were taking long vacation during Chinese New Year. So I reached out to Mr. Zhang and tried to pay my another half of the payment on Feb. 13. He was about to accept my payment but mentioned that the extra extra 10 bonus classes are no longer available, because it was ended by the end of January... Mr. Zhang had never mentioned it to me at all that I had to make my half payment before January. I would pay it if I was notified in advance. Anyway, my point is that if your representative promised to a customer for your offering, your company should keep your words, otherwise just state your rules via text messages that customers can follow them... Instead just said the offering is ended... So disappointed and angered for what I encountered with Mr. Zhang.
