This is obviously a very competitive business. I put my contact info online and I received dozens of texts, emails and calls. It seems the info is posted and the companies make offers to the customers. My vehicle was being shipped from NY to Boca Raton, FL. Connor at Crystal Car Shipping texted an offer that was relatively low but not the lowest. He sounded like a diligent honest guy so I accepted his offer. I then needed to change my pickup location to Princeton NJ. Conner Santana was extremely responsive and over the top gracious. Before pickup and at delivery he reached out to me several times to make sure all was good and always made a point of saying call him with any concerns. This is my second time to use this company for car transportation, the first time I just went on line and made a request and was lucky I got to deal with an outstanding broker Paula, she’s the best , when I needed to ship the second time I just called her and she made arrangements in a short period of time and the car was picked up on time and delivered before estimated time. Also she will keep checking and updating on the status the entire time, I would highly recommend using this company.

We had very high hopes for this transport company. Ratings were very good. We’d been trying for weeks to find a reputable company and thought we had it. Our vehicle was scheduled for pick up on Tuesday. Then said Wednesday by 5pm. Then got a text saying they couldn’t pick up. The driver canceled. They were looking for a replacement driver. Got a call on Thursday and was told the only truck available to come here wanted $2700. Our original price was $1800. Connor was trying to be very helpful but, we could not justify that big of a jump in price.

Best company to work with. Penny is outstanding and very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to secure a drive for us at the last minute. She stayed in touch with us the entire tie our car was being transported to ensure our piece of mind. She is awesome!

I needed to ship my brand new Tuscan from San Diego to Corvallis, Oregon I talked to many car shipping company nationwide. I chose Crystal because they are located in California and responded to me quickly. They assigned a carrier who was a young and very nice Ukrainian guy. He showed up on time and knew all the procedures. He loaded the car on the truck and delivered it to the destination one day ahead of the schedule.

Shipped my Audi from Washington state to Virginia. Original driver cancelled on my shipment the day of pick up. Piper was quickly on it to find me another driver. I honestly felt like she did not sleep until she found another driver with a price close enough for me. The car was delivered on time with no issues. During a very stressful move, Piper really helped me out in the end to ensure my car would be taken care of.

Marge got me a car hauler for my vehicles to go from Tennessee to New Mexico the move was great the cars came in perfect condition I was very happy and will use them again if I ever need them

Spoke with Rowan and he throughly went over the whole process and total cost . I was under a bit of a time crunch but Rowan assured me that he’d find someone to transport my truck . By the end of the day I received a call from the driver informing me he’d be picking up my truck the next day . The driver loaded the vehicle up on Thursday afternoon and my truck reached Texas on Sunday morning well before I even arrived there. Definitely a good experience from start to finish. Recommended this company

I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails at the start of my search for a broker from an enormous number of transport brokers. I was discouraged as many were relentless and dishonest in their approach. Until I met Tina with Crystal Car shipping. She is straight forward and honest. Easy to work with and very quick to reply but didn’t bug me unnecessarily. The transporter had to haul my camper over 2,000 miles across the US and called or texted me often with updates. It was a good experience overall..

My experience was horrible my car got shipped from Savannah to Nashville. The first carrier who was suppose to ship my car decided not to ship it literally the day of because he was suppose to pick up four other vechicles but they canceled on him & because of that he said it would be a waste just to take my car for such a low cost. Then my agent was able to find me another carrier but for a higher price which I paid for but when I got my car in Nashville the carrier left a scratch on the bumper. The carrier was nice enough to take off money. However, I have to replace my entire bumper because of that incident. Overall, I ended up spending more money, I was under more stress & after this experience I will never let this company ship my car again.
