Excellent service on a very difficult day

On time, polite and helpful. We had an airport return booked to and from Gatwick, our driver Javad was first class. There was a multi car pile up on the way there and he re-routed so we didn't miss our flight. On return we were delayed well over an hour and Javad stayed in touch from the min we landed and got us home asap through the floods. Highly recommended, I would definately book again .

Picked up from Chingford (12/8)) by Gaston and taken to Barnet Hospital for an early morning appointment. The whole process was very straightforward and reassuring. The booking was confirmed by text and the office also text to confirm driver was on his way with driver's name and car details also provided. Gaston was polite and easy to talk to, a really nice guy and represented the company in a very positive way.

Thought this was local firm...was told car would be 10 mins, I waited 45 minutes, and cancelled...driver was coming from miles away....won't use again Mixed service in the past, not very reliable and rude drivers, who don't know local area

The driver did not know his way. He didnt want to drop us to our actuall location. He was very rude and cery poir service.
