Great service Been a customer for many years

Excellent Service.Driver Extremly polite and helpful.When I reached my destination he realised I had stairs to climb and he carried my case up for me which was much appreciated.

Booked an airport transfer to Gatwick several weeks ago. Called and made payment by card the day before the journey. A very friendly driver arrived exactly on schedule. The 6 seater was well presented. A sensible route to the airport was chosen and the vehicle was well driven, which was helpful when my son can sometimes feel travel sick, but he fine throughout . A minor billing glitch was promptly and efficiently resolved. Can't fault the experience and will be booking my return journey in the coming days.

If there was a 0, I would be giving that for the service I have received this evening. Previously pleasant when not dealing with the controller after 6pm. A regular customer that is incredibly dissatisfied with the service or lack of provided tonight. With a family member now stranded at Heathrow airport.

I've been using Mount Cars Ltd for 20 years. The controllers are professional, friendly honest,The drivers are reliable, professional, clean, friendly and honest, their cars are clean and comfortable. I even used this car service when I went into labour 18 years ago, the drive to the hospital was smooth, the driver kept making sure I was OK. Do not hesitate to use this company, you won't be disappointed.

Driver didn’t know where he was going and refused to take instructions and he didn’t believe that there was a train station, where we said it was, we were only going to Meridian Waters from Chingford.

Normally have no problems with this company but on this occasion driver just could not find us even after being directed by myself on the phone, we eventually had to walk to a main road so he could locate us then he totally ignored our directiin to drop off one passenger enroute. His spoken english and ability to understand was very poor .

I’ve been using this office for years most drivers know me reliable and good service so far , I would give it 5 stars if some drivers wouldn’t have a phone call in a differnt language for the whole journey or play a foreign radio station through out 😅

Very terrible weather pickup success at gate of extra high supported housing folded w/chair in boot for me.Off up road into chaotic entire area jam accident road block and diverted busy traffic from wrong direction allready impossible.Mr handled it like a champion.Got near to surgery and i hand peddled in and only five minutes late.Went step furthur and i am very greatfull to himself.Weather was torencial rain on off.
