Any requested journey not a problem,very drivers and well i alwayd take a folding wheelchair get great help.Camevfrom Surgery today in my power folding chair.Heavy went in boot no prob.and the brand new car gate remote made our day.And Mr Mohammed too!

Easy to get hold of when calling, pleasant operators. Can pay cash or by card (must specify at time of booking) which is helpful. Drivers most helpful in nice cars. Prices very reasonable. Excellent service.

I used the service as required. Got the price prior to booking. Booking agreed and the journey started from the time of booking. The cab arrived at location on time as the tracking was active. And arrived at my destination promptly with very well mannered and friendly driver. All together very pleasant experience, I would use the service again without any hesitation. Thank you Bruce

Absolutely a brilliant service cabs are there on time drivers very friendly would recommend this cab firm.

We took a vulnerable resident to an appointment today and was collected by Ardijane. She was extremely impatient and rude on this journey. And when we was putting his wheelchair in the boot on arrival she accused us of hitting her car with the chair (which wasn’t true) with no offer to help. When leaving the taxi on arrival at our destination she asked us to “hurry up” bearing in mind the passenger has slow mobility. And when given the money for the fair we were short changed by £2 as she “didn’t have any change” available, awful service for a vulnerable resident just wanting to get back to his accommodation. Please refrain from delivering drivers that aren’t willing to show some compassion and understanding to those who need it.

They lie about the time it’ll take to get a cab to you - I waited over 30mins for a car. I called at 13.55pm and was told 10mins. The car was only dispatched to my address at 14.14pm despite calling in that time and being told my car was 7mins away. Then using the driver tracking facility I saw That the driver was 10mins away. 10 minutes later I checked the driver tracker and the driver was now 12mins away. Very disappointing service and ended up having to book a Bolt and missing a Mother’s Day reservation. Also, paid by card and the payments is still yet to be reversed as I never took the journey and the driver was nowhere near me when I cancelled. Would not recommend and they have lost a long term customer.

Driver drank coffee whilst negotiating a corner, did at least 4 texts whilst driving along. Had 2 long face time talks with her husband. Went on the woolwich ferry instead of Blackwall tunnel and therefore journey took 2hrs instead of 1hr 10 mins THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE!! I would not have tipped her anything but i wasnt going to hang about to get £1 change, i was so angry -- in fact i nearly abandoned the journey and left the cab once we were over the river because i felt so unsafe--- but i had no clue as to where i was , so i was forced to stick it out. I will be using Mount cars again as every driver before this one has been absolutely fine.
