This cab Company drop my elderly mother at kings cross station . When the cab was meant to go to Euston station. When there was a train strike with no way of getting home and she missed her train to Scotland. For a holiday Disgusting Do not use the cab company

Driver speaking very loud in own language it is not very professional

Driver tried to kick me out of the cab because I was apparently really dangerous and went round mugging cab drivers in chingford 😂😂 even though I’ve been using this cab company every single weekend! The driver was very rude and tried dropping me off in the middle of chingford even though I was on my own! And offered to pay fair upfront Very disappointed with the service the drivers name was Phileppe it was also the person on the radio that was telling him I was very dangerous and to kick me out the cab and I would like something to be done about it!!

I cannot thank these guys enough for what they have done for me this evening. My brother had 1 too many to drink and ended up stranded with a dead battery in the station. Several taxi drivers refused to take him home. This cab station went out their way to find him and put him in a cab home. There are not many people in this world that will do that! Above and beyond service from Rob and from Bubba from a very worried sister. Thank you so so much!!

The 2 cabs I have had recently the drivers were very courteous and it was a good service I said I had to give up my car because of my eyes I will be using cabs a lot more I did have a loyalty with you but it stopped because of Covid I hadn’t used it for 18 months is it possible I could go back on it as I will need cabs a lot more now thank you

it was the first time that I had used this mount cars app, and it was very simple to use, i also messaged the company for confirmation of time as it was an airport pick up, the response was timely and professional. The driver was helpful and drove very professionally, a message system alerted me to the vehicle being in the area and I was able to communicate directly with the driver on the day, we arrived home relaxed and safe. The car was dirty. Not pleasant at any time but particularly poor when we are supposed to be taking special care of hygiene. Hopefully this was a one-off I’ve had good experiences with Mount Cars in the past.
