Firstly, the milk was nice. Secondly, customer service was abysmal. Cancellation should not be so difficult. Taking money after I've cancelled and sending demanding letters is not nice.

Absolutely brilliant! I look forward to my delivery every week, the service removes the worry of buying essentials on a weekly basis from the shop or supermarket. I can have what I need delivered to my door. They offer Fresh farm organic milk, vitamin d milk, milkshakes and free range eggs I can pay monthly which suits me instead of direct debit. Any concerns I had when starting with McQueens were sorted out quickly I was reassured and it is so nice to know I am supporting local farmers in the process keep up the good work and please work on supplying us with more beautiful farm fresh groceries. I am very happy with the service, reminds me of the milkman delivering bottles of milk when I was a young girl.

Strawberry and banana milkshakes are delicious, I get 4 bottles delivered on a Friday and my boys have finished them by Monday, big thumbs up

Our delivery is always on time, if the day changes because of bank holiday we are notified. Paying by direct debit is easy.

The milk was nice, it’s milk decent price and nice to have delivered. Friendly staff. But… they won’t leave me alone! Calling me Atleast 3-5 times a day. I’m very sick at the moment and even though I’m not paying and have told them I don’t want anymore I’m being bombarded with calls. It was pushed on to my when they came to my house even though I have a sign that asks for people to not knock on to sell things. And now I’m stuck with being constantly harassed. Overall nice people I get why they have to do it all but I just wish I would have 5 minutes of peace.

Amazing value for money, orange juice and strawberry milk is a firm favourite but so nice to see the glass bottles are back

Milk is delivered in the very early hours of agreed days & always nice & fresh! Empties are taken away too. Cancelling a day or more due to holidays is very easy to manage & you are billed accordingly. All good here!

Excellent delivery

I love getting my milk delivered. I have wanted a milkman for a while, so when they came around asking I jumped at the chance. Always good dates. I have also got my mum onto using them. Great service, always arrives in the morning.

Great service, very easy to set up and make changes to your order. Love the convenience, will never need to dash last minute to the supermarket again. Feels good to choose the glass bottles and recycling option. Wish I’d done this years ago!

Signed up and paid my first delivery only for it not to be delivered. When phoned was told that they do not deliver to my area despite being told they do when Signed up. Although no more money has been take I've still not had a refund for what wasn't delivered

Always on time waiting for you, cheap as it comes for delicious fresh milk dropped to your door. I can’t see my self going back to store bought milk anytime soon👍🏻👍🏻
