I have only been with McQueens for weeks, but what a wonderful service I have received. Defiantly worth the change to door step deliveries.

Hi I’ve been getting milk eggs bottles fresh orange juice and want thank Calum and Family are doing awesome job and I’m happy with delivery and also clean bottles after using and leave them by my front door and many thanks for letting me use your services again 😄

Good products but Poor communication and service by their customer services and accounts department. The company has instilled a sense of lack of responsibility for their actions their actions or lack of with little regard. Such a shame

Delivered on time and with care. Produce is excellent ( no cracked eggs) Fresh milk, yogurt and fresh orange. Excellent value … would highly recommend McQueen’s Dairy. Nothing added to their milk.

Ordered as a new customer, I was supposed to get two deliveries per week. Since the 17th of jan I've had two delivery's. I'm missing 6 deliveries. Called customer services, I'm still getting charged and no milk she said they would look into it. I've still had no refund or deliveries .

I love this service - it's so lovely to go back to traditional milk deliveries! Comms are great, no plastic, organic. I couldn't really wish for more!

second day delivery. left a 4 pint semi skimmed plastic bottle instead of 1 pint whole milk glass bottle.

Signed up, initial payment taken, date of first delivery confirmed, didn’t arrive, called them, date of first delivery confirmed on the phone, then email saying couldn’t deliver in our area, they will issue a refund.

Didn’t realise how much I needed dairy milk, until my first delivery! This is by far the best tasting milk I’ve ever had. We’ve tried all the milkshakes & they are delicious. Great service! Who doesn’t want fresh milk on their doorstep

I’ve only been with McQueen dairies for a few months but they have always delivered when they say there going to, had a problem with my order one week but it was sorted quickly and efficient, the customer service are very helpful and nothing is to much, would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. They failed to deliver several times but still invoiced me by email. I rejected these, also by email, but apparently I have to phone them to dispute and cancel. I’ve refused and confirmed my security cameras prove no deliveries were made. They don’t care… they email and email and email harassing for payment (£12!) but have continually failed to acknowledge their error or investigate because apparently that can only happen if you call. Zero consideration for Customer circumstances and absolutely zero Customer service. Literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid these scammers at all costs!
